SWILLIAM SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY (the “Company”) is a private company with registered offices in Athens at 55 Plataion Street, 10435. The Company is a specialized recruitment consulting company dedicated to supporting businesses in their search for talent.

At SWILLIAM SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY we value your privacy. The Company is committed to protecting any personal data you may provide to us. We strive to ensure compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019 regarding personal data protection, which came into force in Greece on 29.08.2019.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you visit our website and use our services in support of employers seeking to hire candidates. Additionally, it details your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

  1. To assess your qualifications and determine your suitability for job opportunities from our clients who are seeking talent.

If you have not applied for a specific position, we may recommend you for a position that we consider aligns with your qualifications and experience.

3. Third-party service providers: Independent service providers who assist us in our service provision.
4. Legal authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.
