Corporate Commercial Lawyer

On behalf of a well-established and growing law firm in Athens, we are looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 3–7 years of experience to join its team on a long-term basis.

This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong autonomy and hands-on experience in commercial contracts and day-to-day corporate advisory work, who is looking to build a stable and long-term career within a firm.

What you will be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters
• Responding to client queries regarding contracts and ongoing commercial relationships
• Providing day-to-day legal support to corporate clients
• Working independently on matters while collaborating with the wider legal team

What we are looking for:

• Qualified lawyer in Greece
• 3–7 years of experience in Corporate / Commercial Law
• Strong focus on commercial contracts and corporate advisory
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Degree from a Greek University
• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
• Interest in a long-term collaboration with the firm
