Key Responsibilities:
Lead value engineering exercises at critical project stages.
Develop cost reporting across all development projects.
Establish effective cost control processes to ensure budget adherence.
Analyze monthly cost reports, applications, and variations to identify issues or trends.
Advise project managers on optimal procurement routes for new projects.
Collaborate with the Developments Manager for long-term cost planning and budgeting.
Conduct post-completion reviews to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
Coordinate with the Head of Finance on cashflow, supplier issues, and payments.
Skills and Experience:
Degree in Finance.
Experience in the construction sector (considered an asset).
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with employers, colleagues, project teams, consultants, and contractors/suppliers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
